About Mondell

The directors are Philippe Remond and Chris Russell. Their combined experience in property spans more than 45 years.
Chris Russell has a degree in Land Economics and has worked in real estate and development management and holds a current real estate licence. Philippe Remond has a degree in Science (building) and has worked in project management, project sales and development management. He also holds a builders licence.

MPG has a proven track record with the successful completion of over 25 residential projects ranging from small luxury projects of 4 townhouses to a large scale rezoning of land to yeild over 3500 blocks. The sourcing, appointment and management of agents, consultants, builders and contractors is all conducted in-house.

The majority of MPG redevelopments are executed under the building licence of the company. MPG employs a full time licensed building supervisor to co-ordinate construction. The construction of new developments is outsourced, with MPG performing the role of Development Manager. Sales and marketing are co-ordinated by MPG with many projects sold under the company's own licence.
